Core Teaching

The Boss Principle

Information becomes more valuable when students can ask questions, see other people applying it, and stay connected long enough to finish.

REMEMBER
You are not trying to sound impressive. You are trying to make the next decision obvious for your student.

Framework

Build It Step by Step

1
Define the Circle’s purpose
Decide whether it is for Q&A, accountability, live teaching, networking, resources, or all of the above.
2
Set expectations
Write posting guidelines, response windows, boundaries, and what kind of support is included.
3
Create recurring touchpoints
A weekly prompt, office hour, live session, or check-in gives the community rhythm.
4
Connect purchase to access
Make sure the correct Circle link is included in the buyer journey so students know exactly where to go next.

Do This Now
Write your Circle welcome post before launch. Tell students what this space is for and how to get value from it.

Quick Reflection

  • What part of this lesson is already clear to you?
  • Where are you still making the idea broader or harder than it needs to be?
  • What is one decision you can make before opening the next lesson?

Your knowledge is an asset. Build it like one.
