* Vendor Sourcing & Management: I will be your main point of contact for all new vendors, ensuring you partner with reliable and high-quality suppliers.

* Sample Management: I will oversee the creation, fitting, revision, and approval of all samples to meet your exact specifications.

* Cost & Production Management: I will handle cost negotiation, book and monitor the entire production process, and ensure your goods are delivered to their final destination on time.

* Financial Handling: I will manage all payments and invoices with vendors, keeping your financial operations streamlined.

* Weekly Updates: You’ll receive a detailed Work-in-Progress (WIP) report every week, so you are always informed about the status of your project.
