1. Haus Rules (Community & Vendor Standards)

  1. Respect the Haus. Vendors, ambassadors, and customers are expected to engage with honesty, respect, and integrity at all times.
  2. Truth in Offerings. Vendors must provide accurate descriptions of all products, services, or spiritual offerings. Misrepresentation is grounds for suspension.
  3. Compliance with Law. All activities, products, and promotions must comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws. Illegal or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.
  4. Payment & Payouts.
    • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
    • Vendor payouts are subject to a 7-day holding period after funds clear to protect against chargebacks, disputes, and fraud.
    • Early payouts may be available for trusted vendors at Haus of Asseveration LLC’s discretion.
  5. Risk of Transactions. Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders. If a vendor fails to deliver, Haus of Asseveration reserves the right to withhold or claw back funds.
  6. Community Standards. Hate speech, harassment, exploitation, or misuse of the Haus of Asseveration platform will not be tolerated.

2. Terms & Conditions (TOS)

By accessing or using Haus of Asseveration’s services, you agree to the following:

  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Eligibility: Vendors and ambassadors must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are managed by Stripe. Haus of Asseveration LLC does not store payment card information.
  • Chargebacks/Disputes: In the event of chargebacks or disputes, Haus of Asseveration reserves the right to withhold payouts until resolution.
  • Termination of Service: Haus of Asseveration LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Limitation of Liability: Haus of Asseveration LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the prior 30 days.
  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

3. Privacy Policy

  • Information We Collect: Name, email, billing/shipping address, payment info (processed via Stripe), and usage data.
  • How We Use Information: To process orders, provide services, improve our platform, and communicate with users.
  • Data Sharing: We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with trusted partners only as necessary to operate (e.g., Stripe, email providers).
  • Data Security: We employ industry-standard security to protect your information.
  • Your Rights: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting Support@hausofasseveration.com.
  • Children: Our services are not intended for individuals under 13.

  • What Are Cookies: Cookies are small files stored on your device to improve user experience.
  • Types of Cookies: Session cookies (temporary), preference cookies (save settings), analytics cookies (measure usage), marketing cookies (ads).
  • How We Use Cookies: To improve site navigation, track performance, and personalize offers.
  • Your Choices: You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work properly.

5. Vendor Payout Policy

  • Standard Schedule: Payouts are released 7 days after Stripe clears payment.
  • Early Release: Available to trusted vendors with proven history, at our discretion.
  • Withholding Rights: We may hold funds in cases of suspected fraud, non-fulfillment, or disputes.
  • Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for ensuring fulfillment of orders and services.

6. Ambassador / Affiliate Program Terms

  • Commission Rate: Ambassadors earn 20% commission on net sales they facilitate through approved referral links or codes.
  • Payouts: Subject to the same 7-day clearing period as vendor payouts.
  • Tracking: Sales are tracked via affiliate software integrated with our platform.
  • Prohibited Conduct: Spamming, misleading promotions, or unethical marketing will result in termination.
  • Independent Contractor Status: Ambassadors are not employees; they are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes and compliance.
  • Termination: Haus of Asseveration may revoke ambassador status at any time for violation of these terms.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • Informal Resolution First: Parties must attempt informal resolution by contacting Support@hausofasseveration.com.
  • Arbitration Clause: Any unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree not to participate in class or representative lawsuits against Haus of Asseveration LLC.

8. Updates to Policies

Haus of Asseveration LLC reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.


Haus of Asseveration LLC – Vendor Handbook & Merchant Policy

1. Merchant Dashboard Access

As a registered Vendor on the Haus of Asseveration platform, you will have access to a Merchant Dashboard, which allows you to:

  • Post Products/Services – Add, edit, and manage your offerings.
  • Complete Orders – Track, process, and mark customer purchases as fulfilled.
  • Communicate with Customers – Use the built-in chat system to respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Customize Your Storefront – Upload banners, logos, and store descriptions to align with your brand identity.
  • Review Sales & Analytics – Monitor your performance and payouts directly.

2. Vendor Fees & Payment Terms

  • Vendor Fee: Haus of Asseveration LLC charges a 4% platform fee on each completed transaction. This fee is automatically deducted from the sale amount before payout.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are securely handled by Stripe. Vendors do not need separate payment setup.
  • Payout Timeline: Payouts are released 7 days after Stripe clears payment (see payout policy in the Haus Rules).

3. Product Standards & Compliance

  • Review Process: All products and services are subject to review by Haus of Asseveration prior to publication.
  • Quality Control: Products must meet our ethical, spiritual, and community standards.
  • Repeat Failures: Vendors who repeatedly submit non-compliant products will be terminated.
  • Prohibited Items: Any products or services involving fraud, scams, hate, violence, counterfeit goods, or any illegal activity under the laws of the State of California are strictly forbidden.

  • Ownership of Content: Vendors retain ownership of their original content (product descriptions, photos, designs, services) but grant Haus of Asseveration LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, market, and promote those items on our platform.
  • Copyright Infringement: Vendors must only upload media (images, music, text, videos) they own or are legally licensed to use. Copyrighted material without permission will result in removal and possible termination.
  • Haus Branding: Vendors may not misuse or alter Haus of Asseveration trademarks, logos, or brand assets without explicit written permission.

5. Social Media Policy

As this is a social marketplace, all vendors are expected to uphold community guidelines across social channels connected to the Haus of Asseveration platform:

  • Representation: Vendors must accurately represent their brand and offerings.
  • Respect: No harassment, hate speech, or defamation will be tolerated in social interactions.
  • Promotions: Vendors may promote their products on personal channels, but must not engage in spamming, misleading claims, or exploitation of customers.
  • Haus Spaces: In official Haus of Asseveration social groups or communities, vendors are guests and must respect group rules and moderation.

6. Spiritual Laws of the Haus

As Haus of Asseveration is rooted in spiritual integrity, all vendors are expected to follow these guiding laws when operating on the platform:

  1. Do No Harm Intentionally. Vendors may not sell products or services that are meant to cause harm, destruction, or exploitation of others.
  2. Operate in Truth. All offerings must be genuine, authentic, and represented honestly.
  3. Respect the Ancestors & Community. Vendors must honor the spiritual and cultural foundation of this marketplace.
  4. Energy Exchange. Pricing must reflect fair value—neither exploitative nor dishonest.
  5. Accountability. Vendors are spiritually and legally accountable for the products and services they deliver.
  6. No Exploitation of Vulnerable Individuals. Predatory practices, fear-based selling, or manipulation of customers’ spiritual beliefs are forbidden.

7. Enforcement & Termination

Haus of Asseveration LLC reserves the right to:

  • Remove products or services that violate any of the above policies.
  • Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate vendor accounts for repeated or serious violations.
  • Withhold funds in the event of fraudulent activity, customer disputes, or non-fulfillment of services.

8. Agreement

By posting products or services on the Haus of Asseveration platform, Vendors agree to comply fully with this Vendor Handbook, the Haus Rules, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all other governing documents.

9. Store Policies & Escalations

  1. Vendor Responsibility
    • Each Vendor is responsible for establishing and clearly communicating their store policies, including (but not limited to):
      • Shipping & delivery times
      • Refunds, returns, and exchanges
      • Service fulfillment expectations
      • Customer communication standards
  2. Transparency Requirement
    • Store policies must be displayed within the Vendor’s storefront and communicated to customers at or before the time of purchase.
    • Hidden or misleading policies are grounds for removal or account termination.
  3. Customer Disputes
    • Customers must first attempt to resolve disputes directly with the Vendor.
    • Vendors are expected to respond to disputes in good faith and work toward a fair resolution.
  4. Escalations
    • If a Vendor fails to respond or remedy an issue within 30 days, Haus of Asseveration LLC reserves the right to:
      • Intervene and review the case
      • Issue refunds or credits at our discretion
      • Withhold or deduct funds from Vendor payouts
      • Suspend or terminate Vendor accounts in cases of repeated failure
  5. Final Authority
    • Haus of Asseveration LLC acts as the final authority in escalated disputes. Decisions made by Haus of Asseveration regarding refunds, account standing, or enforcement are binding.

HAUS OF ASSEVERATION — IDENTITY & ACCESS VERIFICATION POLICY

Addendum: 12.02.2025

Effective immediately, all members of The Haus of Asseveration must complete the official Activation sequence before accessing restricted areas of the platform.

This policy ensures the spiritual, cultural, and communal safety of our members while maintaining compliance with all anti-discrimination and digital privacy regulations.


1. Mandatory Activation Process

All members must complete The Activation by visiting:

The Activation establishes a verified identity within the Haus and generates the member’s HOA Avatar and HAUS ID Number. No member may access controlled spaces without completing this sequence.


2. Identity Verification Requirements

Every member must provide:

  • Legal first name
  • Date of birth
  • Active HOA username
  • A clear photo for avatar rendering

Your photo is transformed into a coded HOA avatar—a symbolic, stylized digital likeness used for identity protection and internal verification.
Your real photo is never displayed publicly.


3. Badge-Based Access Control

Upon Activation, members receive a Haus ID Badge linked to:

  • Their avatar
  • Their HAUS ID Number
  • Their assigned Governing Chamber

This badge controls access to:

  • Private Circles
  • Hidden Circles
  • Restricted Group Conversations
  • Sensitive cultural, spiritual, and business discussions
  • Member-only workshops and rituals

Members without a valid badge will not be admitted.


4. Random Verification Protocols

To maintain the safety and integrity of our community, The Haus may initiate:

  • Random identity verifications
  • Live video confirmation checks
  • Badge audits
  • Username validity checks

Failure to pass verification may result in temporary suspension or removal from restricted areas.


5. Cultural, Spiritual & Business Protection

This system is designed to:

  • Guard our cultural practices
  • Protect sacred knowledge
  • Preserve closed spiritual lineages
  • Prevent impersonation, infiltration, or theft
  • Create secure environments for internal business discussions
  • Uphold the privacy of members sharing ancestral or magical knowledge

The Haus does not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or identity.
All restrictions are badge-based, not identity-based, ensuring full legal compliance.


6. Participation is a Privilege, Not a Right

Members who refuse to complete Activation, ignore verification requests, or attempt to bypass security measures will lose access to Circles, classes, business tools, and other protected features.

The Haus reserves the right to remove any individual who compromises the integrity, safety, or privacy of our community.


7. Acceptance of Policy

By continuing to use The Haus of Asseveration platform, all members acknowledge and agree to this policy.
