Every January we obsess over calories, steps and macros but almost no one stops to ask: what am I actually trying to fix?!
So I thought what a better time to get today’s guest Dr Benjamin Bikman back on the show for an informative conversation to do exactly this.
One of the things that I’ve identified that is front of mind for all of my listeners is their relationship with sugar and carbs.
This is Dr Benjamin’s speciality and is his second time on the show but for those that may not know him, he is a metabolic scientist who researches the link between insulin resistance and nearly every chronic disease.
